Semaglutide to reduce carb-counting burden on closed loop

What this study tests

McGill randomized placebo-controlled 2×3 factorial crossover trial of weekly semaglutide and meal strategies in adults with established T1D using advanced AID. The primary endpoint compares daytime glucose time in range on semaglutide versus placebo; this is not a beta-cell regeneration trial.
